Responsibilities for this position include:


  • Responsible for all Project Management aspects of the development and implementation of digital projects including website enhancements and website accessibility.
  • Taking the projects from original concept through final execution, in a manner consistent with project management best practices. 
  • Effectively maintain, track and measure key project management success metrics related to scope, issues, risks and change control. 
  • Managing project schedules under tight deadlines. 
  • Managing comprehensive written and verbal project communications including the creation and dissemination of weekly status reports and ad hoc communications as defined by the communications plan agreed upon with the Project Sponsor and Owner
  • Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team and creatively resolves project risks and issues. 
  • Successful oversight and delivery of on-time, on-scope and on-budget high quality projects.


Candidates should meet the following requirements for consideration


  • 5+ years of experience working on medium to large-scale digital projects, working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 
  • Digital Project Management experience preferred.
  • Must be self-motivated and can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Well-developed organizational skills, strong Microsoft Office skills are required and a willingness/adeptness with regards to learning new technology are required. 
  • Strong leadership skills are required to convene and lead meetings and conduct presentations 
  • Aptitude to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities 
  • Excellent written and oral skills (including drafting reports, briefing notes on complex issues, providing product schedule updates and project budget analysis.) 
  • Ability to create process maps and determine gaps is a plus 
  • PMI Certification is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent years of experience is required.
