Duration: Contract to Hire

Payrate: $60/HR.


We are looking for a results-driven Recruiter who shares in our passion to hire top industry talent.  In this role, you will work with hiring managers in our Connected Devices Group to hire Technical and Engineering talent to support the division.  You will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, building candidate pipelines, screening and interviewing, negotiating and extending offers, and ensuring the candidate's proper onboarding.  You will also identify opportunities to represent the company at relevant industry conferences, job fairs, and build relationships with universities.

Your success in this role will rely heavily on your strong relationships with hiring managers, the recruiting team, and HR business partners as well as consistent communication and follow-up with candidates.

Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:

  • You have 5 + years of recruiting experience including sourcing, managing the customer and candidate experience, and closing the hire
  • You have at least 3 years of experience specifically recruiting Engineers (Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware)
  • You have been part of a corporate recruiting team (not solely agency experience), preferably a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • You have proven ability and comfort in cold calling and effectively sourcing passive candidates
  • Your negotiation skills are strong
  • You have an excellent work ethic coupled with a high sense of urgency
  • You build strong relationships with hiring managers to influence, guide and drive the recruiting process
  • You can be nimble to a rapidly changing organization and manage the impact of change
  • You are able to learn new technology and explore innovative sourcing channels
  • You can adhere to compliance requirements while driving results
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree
