Sr. Representative, Customer Order Management
Location: Dublin, OH
Targeted Pay Rate: $18-19/hour
Estimated Duration (in months): 3 months - possibility of extension
Total Weekly Hours: 40
Shift: 730-6pm

Description of Work:
This job will entail working in various groups within the same department. The Sr. Representative will be working directly with our reimbursement assistance team completing data entry and prescription analysis. Opportunities to assist in work with other teams, such as credentialing and audit, may arise. We are looking for someone to be a potential backfill if a role were to open up. While it is not temp to hire, there is the potential to interview for roles once they open up.
• Customer Order Management is responsible for expediting orders by acting as a liaison in problem solving, research and problem/dispute resolution.
• Demonstrates specialized knowledge of product/service features and how products are used in customers' businesses
• Evaluates customer requests and ensures proper action is taken with minimal supervision
• Provides appropriate level of customer support on moderately complex customer issues
• Coordinates problem resolution
• Documents product/service issues and resolution techniques for the benefit of the team
• Provides comprehensive level of customer support in explaining products/services for alternatives and customer solutions
• Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required

• EXPERIENCE: 2-4 Years.
• Ability to manipulate Excel spreadsheets (VLookups, sorting, filtering, pivot tables), analytical skills
• Pharmacy technician experience preferred
• Call center experience preferred
• Healthcare background preferred
