Job title: Sales Support Specialist
Location: Coppell, TX
Shift: 8am-5pm M-F
Pay Rate: 18.00$ per hour
Contract length: 4 Months
 
Summary: 
  • The Sales Support Specialist will be required to work as part of cohesive team unit functioning to support the quote and order volume of nation wide accounts.
  • The Sales Support Specialist will process and respond to all quote requests and process all orders submitted directly by Carrier Customers and the sales team. 
  • The Sales Support Specialist team is also responsible for the communications between various internal departments as related to quoting and order flow/completion and processes.
Job Requirements: 
  • Work as part of a cohesive account team.
  • Research and determine building serviceability as well as creating site surveys when necessary.
  • Work with the Design teams to ensure surveys are completed timely and accurately.
  • Determine pricing based on established rate cards, quoting tools, and cooperative efforts with Market Development/Finance.
  • Provide timely quotes back to customers, while handling large volumes of requests with short turnaround SLAs.
  • Manage quote requests and responses through various media (email, web portals, customer forms, etc)
  • Process all bulk RFP requests (building serviceability, costing, pricing, etc)
  • Responsible for Order QC pre and post entry into SalesForce to ensure all required documentation is provided and all required fields are complete/accurate for proper order flow.
  • Update and maintain database of customer specific quote and order requirements.
  • Manage an array of rate cards and accurately apply them as needed.
  • Update and maintain customer NNI database.
  • Update and maintain service areas
  • Ability to establish multiple, internal working relationships within various levels of the organization
 
Required Qualifications:
  • Possesses excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • EXTREME attention to detail
  • Robust computer skills, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word. SalesForce experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a high stress, fast-paced, team environment, with extremely high volumes and short SLAs.
  • Proven track record of building strong, working relationships with internal teams/departments.
  • Results oriented with effective problem solving skills
  • Comfortable escalating within various levels of the organization
  • Ability to understand complex issues and drive through resolution
  • Self-directed with the ability to handle simultaneous tasks while working efficiently, effectively, and is an independent thinker
  • Organized, influencer who is action oriented. Will train on Salesforce if candidate does not have. MUST have intermediate to Senior excel skills - no exception.
  • Please have your candidate take an intermediate to senior exel test and attach the score with the resume.
  • The manager may do another excel test during the interview as well.
  • Prefer someone with customer service experience and some accounting as this role is number crunching.
  • Communication is mostly via e-mail so people with spelling and grammar are important
