Position Details


Position:               Stability Documentation Analyst


Location:              Waukegan, IL


Duration:              12 Months; potential for extension


Compensation:      $30-$35/hr


Hours:                  8am - 4:30pm

Description of Work: 
1. Attend change control board meetings and represent Stability Service’s position on proposed changes.
2. Analyze Stability wavier requests and compare with requirements per SOP, communicate decisions.
3. Process Engineering change orders, Change requests, Reference material requests in Oracle Agile
4. Research and locate prior stability studies in Stability Services Archive and provide to requestors
5. Work to identify and then resolve any gaps discovered.
6. Support Stability studies by being a backup resource to the Stability Study lead – inserting and removing samples, shipping samples, updating forecasting spreadsheet.
7. Additional database or administrative work, as assigned.

Education: B.S. degree in Science or Engineering (ex: Biology, Materials or Chemical Engineering)
Experience: Prior work associated with the administrative side of laboratory work, a plus.

Willing to learn new skills
Highly accurate work
Competent with Microsoft Office / Outlook
Excellent written communication skills
Familiarity with Oracle / Agile a plus
