SUMMARY:
POSITION SUMMARY:

This position provides departmental support specific to recruiting, job posting and reporting support, recruiting metrics tracking and reporting, and immigration.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Data management and analytics related to recruiting, staffing, and EEO.
- Prepares presentations, reports, informational materials and employee communications. Helps prepare and update ad hoc and scheduled presentations and reports including: requisition status, new employee survey results, and other monthly HR metrics.
- Assists with immigration administration as a liaison with immigration attorneys and manages documentation requested.
- Assist in coordination of International Assignments and Extended Business Trips in conjunction with business leaders, recruiters and HRBPs.
- Assist with EEO onsite events, site documentation, outreach efforts, liaison between external organization, posting positons and compliance. Provides assistance with recruiting, marketing, university recruiting and job fairs as necessary.
- Provides other administrative support and assists with projects as assigned.

SKILLS:

- Advanced skills in various word-processing, spreadsheet and database software.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills, highly proactive, and motivated.
- Strong process orientation and problem-solving skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced, team oriented environment, while taking initiative to complete projects.

EDUCATION:
Formal Training/Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
Experience:
- Entry level. Strong preference for those with previous HR experience. Must have experience demonstrating high level of initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with little supervision and direction.
