Salary range: $39-50k plus 1% Commission on Monthly Sales
Additional Bonuses on product sales

(Work Hours would be varied 8:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday) – Also needs to be flexible for measuring appts. at client destinations after hours. This person would be expected to manage their schedule responsibly considering they are the only individual to go on measuring appts. for all Sales Reps.

Summary:
The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the Sales team at the Hamilton Blvd. Consumer location and will ensure company standards are met, client expectations, and service “Beautiful” guarantees are upheld.

Essential Functions:
Management
• Lead others and work effectively with Sales team (approx. 2-3 reps)
• Supervise, assign and direct activities as needed
• Effectively communicate new product updates, Product ‘Spifs’ toward sales goals, process updates, etc. to staff in a timely manner

Customer Service
• Assist new and existing customers with questions, problems and complaints
• Be the point of contact for escalations
• Provide timely resolution to maintain positive customer experience

Showroom Presentation
• Organize showroom according to new/major promotional products
• Maintain clean areas and work space for all staff
• Maintain overall organization in the store

Sales/Operations
• Schedule appts. with all clients (your own and all Sales staff) to conduct measuring for orders
• Input sales orders through fax to commercial building for processing
• Follow up on order status/ maintain contact with clients
• Ensure Sales staff input orders after receiving measurements and follow up on orders/maintain contact with clients
• Point of contact for all vendors to discuss new product selections, set up meetings to discuss
• Track sales ‘Spifs’ on products for Sales team
• Maintain relationship with National Buy-In group for Advertising purposes, as well as local and Regional Radio and Billboard companies
• Attend Manager’s training program (St. Louis or Boston), estimated 3-4 days
• Attend Convention to learn about new products 1-2x per year
• Responsible for company vehicle during work hours, provide maintenance updates as needed to upper management

Qualifications:
5+ years of retail sales experience, or related field
3+ years of management experience
Excellent organizational skills
Able to accommodate varied schedule and provide coverage for Staff shortages
Experience/knowledge of Interior Design preferred
Must have valid DL and proof of insurance
Personable, honest, friendly, and treat all staff and clients equally
