Strategic Sales and Business Development

I am currently seeking candidates for a full time permanent Strategic Sales and Business Development Associate for a client of mine. My client is a global distributor of specialty waxes and polymers. This position sits in Bergen County, NJ.

Job Duties:

Coordinate the orders and delivery of products to meet customer needs in the area of responsibility
Register sales contracts in the area according to general guidelines and procedures
Co-manage sales of existing accounts and target new prospects
Achieve sales targets and gross profit targets
Hands-on overseeing of transactions from order placment through execution


3+ years of commercial/ sales/ business development experience in the chemicals industry or relevant industry
Ready to travel 25%
Good negotiator, communicator and team player. Company is looking for a motivated individual, a go-getter!
