Job Responsibilities:

Qualification and approval of new suppliers

Involved in new supplier selection by auditing and verification of all quality aspects.
Define activities to perform by the supplier to be compliant.
Follow the improvement plan decided by the supplier

Monitoring of Build To Spec and Build To Print suppliers:

Communicate the quality requirements (SQA) to the supplier when selected for a specific program.
Follow up the activities of the supplier during all development phases and verify that all actions decided are closed.
If required, validate/approve and verify the application of Quality Assurance Plan defined by the supplier.
Set up appropriate and robust adapted improvement action plans with associated KPI’s and targets.
Support suppliers to implement the defined short term and long term action plans.
Assure a monthly follow-up with major suppliers to verify their quality and logistic performances.
Prepare and organize quarterly reviews with suppliers for them to report on their performance.
Prepare and organize consolidated summary reports of supplier status.
Communicate the company requirements to the suppliers.

Manage Supply Chain functions of suppliers:

Review/Receive the Non-Quality (NQ) issued by the production plants.
Consolidate Supplier NQ/NCTF based on production plants NQ databases.
Issue and follow-up the Corrective Actions to the supplier on day to day basis.
Inform the relevant CAR/PAR data base.
Promote the needed methodologies (8Do, Lean).
Report to Procurement the return and scrap.
Inform and involve partners with the main issues.
Monitor and conduct supplier survey audits.
