Supply Chain Administrative Support

Adecco in partnership with a large manufacturer in Andover is seeking to fill the role of a Supply Chain Administrative Assistant. This person would be responsible for working with members of the Supply Chain group (Demand Planning, Purchasing and Scheduling) assisting in the group’s day to day functions during the high season (May- September).

Duties:
•    Work with Demand Planner to assist with our Private Label / MVP release process through SAGE.
•    Work with Demand Planner to assist in gathering reportable daily metrics.
•    Work with Demand Planner to serve as an auxilliary resource for releasing batch tickets through SAGE.
•    Work with our Senior Buyer to execute purchasing for all indirect items including but not limited to Marketing, Lab, Safety, IT, Maintenance, and shop supplies.
•    Monitor open purchase order report and ensure shipments arrive on time r adjust open purchase orders.
•    Assist in the purchase of toll manufactured raw materials materials and maintain appropriate inventory levels based upon demand plan.
•    Gather daily information on chemical tank farm levels to provide information for re-order process.
•    Performs data entry of batch closing process in SAGE.
•    Assists in creating production documents as directed by the planning tools and or Production Scheduler.
•    Miscellaneous Filing of Completed Process tickets.
•    Assist with cycle counting of Inventory.
•    Other duties as assigned.

Experience:
•    Preferred  2 years college Level Education with 2-3 years of work experience in Business Admin. or Supply Chain roles.
•    Experience with Microsoft Office.
•    Medium to Advanced Microsoft Excel abilities.
•    ERP System Experience, SAGE, JD Edwards, SAP.
•    Good written, oral and presentation skills.
