Supply Chain Analyst/ Customer Order Analyst

Adecco is currently assisting a client in their search to fill a Supply Chain Analyst / Customer Order Analyst role located in Shelton, CT.

6+ month contract
HOURS: 8:00AM -4 PM or 9 – 5:00PM **Monday – Friday**

Job Description:
The Customer Service Analyst is responsible for the validation & execution of incoming customer orders. The Customer Service Analyst works closely with the Logistics Operations Team in optimizing case fill for customer orders, the Customer Transportation Team in ensuring on time delivery of shipments, the Sales team to schedule delivery timing for written orders, and the Planning team to address product availability. The Customer Service Analyst participates in Customer Care Team as a core member in identifying promotional management, efficiency gains, and problem resolution.

Perform ongoing review with Sales and Customer Planning Forecast and Replenishment Analyst on upcoming promotions, customer driven pilots, critical stock issues, cut information on sales orders. Will run SAP reports to identify incomplete sales orders, required data maintenance, sales volume, on-time adherence. Will communicate with Supply Chain Planning, production facilities, and warehouses on orders outside normal policy to enable timely service to the customer.

Establish and maintain a positive relationships to collaborate on order management. Work with LOT/CTT/WHS/CD/Planning to identify possible improvements and drive towards flawless execution for order to cash cycle.

Bachelor’s Degree

3+ years of experience in Logistics, Operations, or Manufacturing Operations.
1 year Customer Service/Support or Sales experience desired.
Technical understanding of SAP, AMPS, Merlin or other Supply Chain information systems and strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Access.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
