Supply Chain Analyst

Supply Chain Analyst:

  • Work with key stakeholders in the business to drive the fulfillment of customer orders for the North American Region


  • Order Fulfillment, including:
    • Forecast validation with sales and dissemination to key interfaces
    • Confirmation of Customer Purchase Orders
    • Leading the team of all manufacturing group scheduler areas, internal and external, for the given customer
    • Validating Manufacturing is up to date on ordering of all Raw Materials
    • Initiating buffer stock or VMI plans where appropriate
    • Utilizing data analysis to derive correct commit date
    • Driving actions to close any supply gaps that develop
    • Performing delivery operations consistent with Supply Chain Terms and Conditions in the contract
  • Providing Support to Industrialization Team for New Product Introductions and smooth transition post qualification.
  • Regular inventory analysis of the products of specific customer/product lines
  • Tracking and meeting KPIs for Customer On Time Delivery to the commit date
    • Collaborating with larger team regarding corrective actions, driving owners and date
  • Continuous Alignment with Global Planning, Sales, Product Line and Manufacturing Operations.
    • Provide headlights to key interfaces regarding changes to both short term and long term customer forecasts
    • Provide outlook of current and future period revenue for a specific customer/product line
  • Engage in larger initiatives to drive down Order Confirmation Cycle Time and Improving On Time Delivery

      Quality, Manufacturing Operations and Distribution

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Education: Bachelor of Science
  • Area of Expertise: Supply Chain or Engineering
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Power BI

  • Years of Experience: 5 years minimum
