POSITION: Supply Chain Analyst
LOCATION: Trumbulli, CT
DURATION: 6 months (contract)
WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday 8:30-4:45
PAYRATE: $28.00 per hour

SUMMARY:


Customer Support Analyst is responsible for the validation & execution of incoming customer orders with the objective of delivering every day great execution. The Customer Support Analyst works closely with the Logistics Operation team in optimizing case fill for customer orders. The Customer Support Analyst participates in the CCT (Customer Care Team) as a core member in identifying promotional management, efficiency gains and problem resolution.


The Customer Service Analyst is responsible for the validation & execution of incoming customer orders. The Customer Service Analyst works closely with the Logistics Operations Team in optimizing case fill for customer orders, the Customer Transportation Team in ensuring on time delivery of shipments, the Sales team to schedule delivery timing for written orders, and the Planning team to address product availability. The Customer Service Analyst participates in Customer Care Team as a core member in identifying promotional management, efficiency gains, and problem resolution.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Link closely with Operations Manager, Customer Planning Forecast and Replenishment Analyst and Event Supply Planner in identifying gaps for seamless order execution and Customer Supply Chain Analyst for Terms of Sale compliance.
Perform ongoing review with Sales on upcoming promotions, critical stock issues, cut information on sales orders
Run SAP reports to identify incomplete sales orders, required data maintenance, sales volume, on-time adherence
Communicate with Supply Chain Planning, production facilities, and warehouses on orders outside normal policy to enable timely service to the customer
Establish and maintain a positive relationship to collaborate on order management
Work with LOT/CTT/WHS/CD/Planning to identify possible improvements and drive towards flawless execution for order to cash cycle.


REQUIRED:

Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business-related fields
0-2 years of Supply Chain experience preferred
Technical understanding of SAP, AMPS, Merlin or other Supply Chain information systems a plus
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
