Supply Chain Coordinator

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator to work in Bridgewater, NJ. This is a 2-month contract with the possibility of an extension. Responsibilities for the Supply Chain Coordinator job include, but are not limited to:

  • Pull reports, based on specific guidelines from SAP and their (TMS) Transportation Management System
  • Respond to a high volume of requests from other departments and 3 distribution centers
  • Compliance chargebacks
  • Route cause analysis
  • Attend morning operations meeting over the phone

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Supply Chain Coordinator jobs:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in outbound transportation industry, or similar
  • Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, macros, v-lookup, IF formulas), Word, Power Point
  • Knowledge of SAP and a TMS (transportation management system) preferred, not required
  • Organized and analytical, great attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to manage multiple work assignments at the same time in an efficient and effective manner
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, or Operations preferred, but not required
