Job Title: Supply Chain  Manager

Location: Mountain View, CA

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for leading large vendor teams and overseeing large-scale projects using their logistics and technical expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and manage projects from conception to completion. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You thrive in leading teams and finding strategic solutions to make current and new processes and procedures more efficient.


  • Ensure compliance with safety and corporate regulations.
  • Manage and guide a team of 40+ team members.
  • Leading business reviews and capturing client`s requests.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder’s expectations and relationship.
  • Identify risks, create mitigation strategies and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Interface between team members, leads and client management; managing schedules and deadlines.
  • Develop and oversee project schedules with teams and communicate project status to stakeholders.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5 - 10+ years in the following:
    • Program management, project management and professional services.
    • Logistics and warehouse experience including:
      • Import & Export products
      • Warehouse operations
    • Leading a successful large-scale team of 40+ people.
    • Leadership, negotiation and risk management experience.
    • Experience in Service Delivery: Customer experience to be at the forefront of the team's strategy.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale projects under significant constraints.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be metric, measurement and results driven.
  • Process and service oriented professional


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
  • Project Management skills - certificate in PMP or Prince2
  • Continuous improvement mindset - certificate in Six Sigma or ITIL CSI
