Adecco is hiring a Supply Chain Planner for a contract assignment.



The Planning Contractor will perform the role of a Supply Chain Planner and will be accountable for a small portfolio of active ingredients. Responsibilities will include creating a rough-cut manufacturing plan across a 27 month horizon to meet the sales forecast, issuing purchase orders for active ingredient to achieve the manufacturing plan, managing inventories, participating in new product launch teams and communicating and resolving any opportunities or issues. Ability to understand the end-to-end supply chain, capacities, lead times and bottlenecks to ensure an efficient plan.



  • Evaluate feasibility of forecast changes, identify & communicate constraints
  • Lead the monthly Requirements & Operations Planning (ROP) process & new product launch teams
  • Determine & deliver optimal level of operational stock per supply chain/asset
  • Identify & action obsolete, slow or no-moving inventory
  • Collaborate with Global Supply Chain Manager on regional supply chain strategy & design
  • Manage & execute regional allocation plan when active ingredient is on red status
  • Negotiate with Global Planning on supply & inventory



Applicants must have a background in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Finance.


Requires a Bachelors or advanced degree.
