We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Specialist to join our Manufacturing Services team in our Centennial, CO office. Manufacturing Services is a dedicated group established exclusively to manage the complex materials, manufacturing management, and finished goods requirements of Arrow customers. Supporting the Manufacturing Services Program Manager the Program Specialist will act as operational support to perform various duties such as Bill of Material Entry, Customer Order Entry, Branch Transfer Entry (buy file), Expediting, Receiving and Invoicing all in accordance to the documented Work Instructions. .

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Operational Support and Back-up to the Program Manager
• Maintain current Material Status/Shortage Report. This report is formatted per customer requests and is published to applicable sales branches and customers on a regular basis.
• Bill of Material entry and verification
• New part set ups
• NCNR contracts
• Order Entry (Customer Orders and Branch Transfers)
• Part Receiving
• Backlog report
• Updating the project schedule


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• College degree or equivalent technical training and experience
• 2-4 years’ experience with Inventory Planning, Supply Chain, Production Scheduling, Bill of Material and revision control maintenance
• Possesses the ability to multi-task, work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills
• Able to understand, evaluate, and report data analytics and metrics
• Advanced technical proficiencies in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:
• Understanding of Bill of Materials
• Prior experience with Electronic Distribution
• Familiarity of MRP and ERP systems, protocols, and networks
• Prior work experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Services Industry
