Job Title: Support Service Specialist II
Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00AM to 5:30PM
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Pay Rate: $16.94/hr.

Description/Requirements

Daily responsibilities will consist of processing service requests for banking products and services according to established procedures and prescribed processes.
Provides quality service and effective / efficient operations support for the assigned area's internal business partners and/or external customers and clients.
Individuals are required to solve problems and investigate/resolve a wide variety of inquiries and requests which may include detailed research or working with other support organizations to fulfill the request while setting clear expectations, ensuring timely completion and promoting team success.
Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office Application and Efficient typing capabilities
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to tailor communications to audience, actively listen and ask clarifying questions and provide updates to involved parties
Demonstrate a proven ability to learn navigate multiple systems
Possess the ability to work independently while effectively managing and finding resolution to complex situations
Bank experience preferred
