POSITION: Support Service Specialist Level II
LOCATION: 1600 MERRILL LYNCH DR, Pennington, NJ.
DURATION: 5 Months
PAY: 17.00
Shift: The training will be 4-5 weeks and regular shift will be 10am - 6:30pm.
Start: 01/02/2018 (tentative)

No time off with in first 90 days
Must be able to start within 1-2 weeks of an offer

Job Description & Responsibilities
This position handles day to day support of the LMA Servicing and Operations Team, supporting FAs, CAs, and Bankers with $25 billion in LMA loan balances. The servicing or MLSN portion of the role handles MLSN inquiries related to account opening, LMA account eligibility, interest rates, loan applications and supplemental documents for retail/commercial applicants, related internal/external compliance/regulatory requirements. and various maintenance requests.


The role involves direct interaction with Underwriting Team, internal management, and finance, as well as LMA Business partners, and Global Risk Management.
The Operations functions performed by the team involve ensuring all loan balance inflows and outflows are settled properly each day, through various settlement procedures, and that all LMA payouts are in compliance with Regulation W. Ability to perform in a high pressure, high service skill, and high risk environment is critical.
