Type:                      Full-time (40 hours / week) contract
Length:                  4 months
Pay:                        15.00 / HR
Shift/Hours:          M-F 8A – 5P
Responsibilities for this Support Specialist job include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide answers to internal or external questions, complaints or suggestions about a company's service or product
  • Provide specific information regarding the services, products or materials offered by a company
  • Navigate internal systems to post client transactions
  • Use Microsoft Excel to sort and maintain data
 Qualifications for this Support Specialist job:
  • Must be a master user in MS Excel
  • Must have customer service experience
  • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
