Adecco is currently assisting a local client, the World’s Largest Search Engine, in their search to find a Support Specialist. This is part of an exciting fast-growing project within the Search Engine. This is a temporary assignment slated for 12 months and will sit in Mountain View, CA.

**This role must sit onsite and will not be open to remote candidates.

Project Description:

Leadership Staffing hires outstanding leaders (both internally and externally) to meet needs for the future. We are a global team hiring leaders for all functions and regions. The Leadership Staffing Operations team streamlines and elevates the executive search processes. Increase the efficiency of Leadership Recruiters by providing administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Opening roles in our reporting systems and adding all relevant details.
  • Updating systems as details change throughout the course of the search.
  • Creating kick-off documents for each search based on standardized templates
  • Updating details about candidates in our systems, including contact info.
  • Assisting recruiters as they pull together offer packets for final review.

Requirement:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple stakeholders.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
