Shift/Hours:          8A – 5P



Responsibilities for this Support Specialist job include, but are not limited to:

Provide answers to internal or external (client) questions, complaints or suggestions about a company's service or product. Provide specific information regarding the services, products or materials offered by a company.

Answer phones provide troubleshooting information.


Qualifications for this Support Specialist job:

  • Must be a master user in MS Excel, Macros, Pivot Tables, V-look ups etc.
  • Must have min 1 years’ experience in a similar role
