We are currently recruiting for one of Rochester’s largest medical equipment manufacturer’s. In this role, you could expect to do the following:

- Answer inbound customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate order entry for all orders received via phone, mail and electronically
- Provide quotes both verbally and formally
- Expedite product return requests for credit
- Log orders into Sales Force after order entry
- Facilitate order fulfillment from quote to delivery and follow up on all orders
- Multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Position Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- High level accuracy with typing and data entry skills
- 3 - 5 years related in-office/clerical experience
- Strong verbal and written communication/customer service skills
- High School Diploma/GED
