Description:
Currently we are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Survey Office Technician on a permanent, long-term basis.
YOU WILL:

Create Topographic Maps, Boundary Line Adjustments, Final Plats, Record of Survey’s, and ALTA’s.
Verify field calculations performed by the field crew team.
Work with experienced and licensed engineers and surveyors.
Become an important member of the Core Design family.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Minimum of 5 years of experience with construction calcs, topographic mapping, boundary resolution and drafting.
Proficiency or good working knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D in survey drafting (maps, processing field notes and construction calcs).
Ability to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
In general, taking pride in completing high-quality work within budget and timelines.
Good communicator, and have ability to provide support to staff surveyors, engineers and planners.
Field surveying experience (desirable but not a must have).
L.S.I.T. certification is desired but not required.


You must be exceptional at math and can prove that.

You must aleady have a fundimental understnading of Civil 3D specifically. We do not consider other forms of CAD as transferable.
