Adecco is assisting Tapestry, the Global House of Brands recruit for a smart, driven and engaging Talent Acquisition Assistant for a freelance opportunity.

- Primary Purpose: The Talent Acquisition Assistant will contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition department by providing a high level of customer service and maintaining quality throughout the hiring process. The Coordinator will provide support to multiple recruiters, with a focus on scheduling interviews. In providing this support, the Assistant will interact with candidates/applicants, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Executives, and other areas of Human Resources as needed.

The successful individual with leverage their proficiency in Talent Acquisition to:
- Manage all interview scheduling activities across multiple functional areas including Creative, Merchandising, Design, Operations, and International
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers with calendar management and interview schedules, including coordinating conference rooms, travel, and logistics
- Track and update candidate and requisition information in Applicant Tracking System
- Ensure the completion and accuracy of all pre-employment processes and forms, including submission of background checks and references
- Develop relationships with internal administrative staff to facilitate effective interview scheduling and planning
- Prepare offer packets and ensure successful delivery to candidates
- Help manage job postings on internal and external job boards
- Assist in the sourcing process, including screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens
- Conduct internet research
- Monitor employee referral program inbox, screen resumes, and distribute to appropriate recruiter for review
- Develop relationships with internal administrative staff to facilitate effective interview scheduling and planning
- Accurate, professional and timely communication directly with candidates to schedule phone or in person interviews and add to each outlook calendar.

The accomplished individual will possess:
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment coordination or related administrative experience.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

- Must be intuitive, able to anticipate needs and develop options
