Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: Remote (Must be in the St. Louis area)
Pay Rate: $21.00 hourly

DEPARTMENT/TEAM DESCRIPTION: Talent Acquisition Operations Team

The primary responsibilities of this role, Talent Acquisition Associate, are to manage the entire candidate lifecycle in terms of scheduling interviews, overall candidate experience, and data management. The incumbent will be the candidate's primary point of contact for information and assistance throughout the interviewing process.

-Logistics Team Member has high visibility with global top-level executives and will manage the entire candidate lifecycle in terms of scheduling interviews, overall candidate experience and data management;
- Be the candidate’s primary point of contact for tactical information and assistance throughout the interviewing process;
- Manages complex calendar management and interview scheduling;
- Works effectively with a cadre of Executive Assistants;
- Gathers and provide documents, schedules on-site interviews and ensures prompt follow up and communication with candidates throughout the interview process;
- Ensures on-site candidates have a positive interviewing experience by being their main point of contact throughout their day and ensuring the interview schedule flows smoothly;
- Enters and tracks candidate information in database and ensures appropriate parties have access to necessary information;
- Managing multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up and preparation) ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables;
- Able to work flexible hours and long hours to accommodate the interview days

- BS / BA required with 2+ years of relevant years of experience; or HS Diploma or Equivalent with 7+ years applicable experience;

Skill & Competency Requirements:
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and complete a high volume of tasks;
- Have exceptional verbal and written communications skills and the ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice;
- Excellent PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and Outlook tools;
- Demonstrate excellent judgment, discretion and sensitivity when dealing with high profile executives and confidential information;
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company;
- React with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround;
- Think ahead and troubleshoot; remove obstacles before they become problems;
- Have impeccable attention to detail.
