Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:                 

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the North America Talent Acquisition team to deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience. This role will be involved heavily with the candidate experience by executing our processes and acting as a concierge to those interested in joining the company. Other customers to this role will include our Talent Acquisition specialists, HR Leaders and Hiring Managers. This role will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager, North America


Job Duties:

  • Ensures top quality customer service is provided for all customers to the Talent Acquisition team
  • Primary point of contact for candidates throughout their recruitment experience
  • Answers questions and provides updates for HR Managers and Hiring Managers
  • Assists Talent Acquisition Specialists with interview coordination and hosting
  • Organizes and manages candidate pre-employment screening (background checks & drug screens), and onboarding activities
  • Organizes and helps prepare Otis for campus/diversity recruiting events
  • Acts as process expert and champion for Talent Acquisition
  • Provides feedback and suggestions for improvement across recruiting processes and tools
  • Audits job postings for content and accuracy
  • Updates applicant tracking system as needed, reviews system data for compliance and accuracy
  • Supports early career hiring (interns and trainees)


Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy; must be an organized planner
  • Prior experience working in customer service and building relationships
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (primarily Outlook, Word & Excel)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in Recruiting or HR a plus
  • Working knowledge of HR systems and/or applicant tracking tools




Pay Rate: $23.27hr

Shift Start/End Time:  first shift/general business hours

Length of Assignment: 0-6 months
