Compensation:     $22-$24.5/hour

Description of Work 
Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) to support their enterprise across the United States. This role is responsible for partnering with Talent Acquisition to facilitate a seamless recruiting and onboarding process for candidates and new hires. The TAC impacts candidates’ experiences with our client and as such, advanced customer service and communication skills are critical for success in this role.



-Complete complex scheduling for onsite interviews involving multiple participants, arranging travel for candidates, coordinating conference rooms and lunch, greeting and escorting candidates and visiting interviewers from remote offices

-Facilitate new hire onboarding working with phone support, real estate, IT and HR as needed

-Assist with reporting on various Talent Acquisition metrics

-I9 processing for new hires

-Utilize applicant tracking system to gather information and resumes as needed for various tasks



-3-5 years of recruiting coordination experience in a fast-paced, high volume environment

-Ability to follow through and close the loop on many moving parts within a complex process

-Must be very detail-oriented with exception organizational skills

-Ability to work within very tight deadlines and deliver results on time

-Advanced Excel skills for reporting purposes
