Talent Acquisition Recruiting Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Recruiting Coordinator is a key member of the North America Recruiting and Resourcing team and is responsible for assisting the Recruitment team with all HR and office related administrative tasks. The focus is on providing administrative support in these areas as directed by management. This job plays an active role in driving efficiencies for Human Resources and office administrative activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Screen resumes based on minimum criteria.
Generate and maintain reports on hire data (EXCEL).
Manage communication between hiring teams, talent acquisition specialists, and candidates from job posting through onboarding.
Partner with HR Services Team to ensure seamless execution of all pre/post offer approval processes, including confirming offer details to: generating offer letters, processing new hire documents, monitor background and drug checks, process candidate reimbursement and communication regarding start dates and on boarding information.
Provide best practices and process improvements throughout the talent acquisition cycle to build talent acquisition center of excellence.
Leverage strong analytical skills to assess recruiting trends, create reports and tell the story with data.
Analyze statistics regarding recruitment data, including but not limited to applicant flow and hires in accordance with OFCCP guidelines and Affirmative Action Plans and to help inform/evaluate recruitment sources and key enablers.
Provide operational and administrative support to Talent Acquisition Partners as needed.

Key Requirements:

Minimum education; Associate’s degree
1+ years’ experience minimum is required in Recruiting, University Relations, HR, Business or account management.
Working knowledge of Taleo (applicant tracking system).
Must demonstrate a track record of a strong work ethic, proactive problem-solving, excellent follow-up skills, superior detail-orientation.
Solid understanding of EEO, AAPs, and state/federal/legal compliance.
Action oriented with sound judgment that drives results.
Project Management Experience.
Recruitment/Staffing experience.
