The purpose of this position is to be the true owner of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for a client group. For the most part, you will be working closely with a specific part of the business to understanding their recruitment desires and, with the support of sourcers, execute the appropriate end-to-end recruitment solution. This role will also play a part in proactive talent pipelining work, from forecasting to networking events and everything in between!

Who You Are & What You’ll Do
You will be reporting into the North America Recruitment Manager and be surrounded by a rock star team of Talent Advisors, Recruiters, and Sourcers. In your direct team, your Talent Advisor will guide you through the intricacies of your client group and be your anchor to the business. To make sure you get the best talent possible in the door, there will also be dedicated sourcers pipelining for your needs. Together, you’ll all ensure that amazing matches are made for the business and the candidates.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
• Education: Minimum requirement Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant field
• Experience: 3-5 years of recruitment experience is preferred, high volume full life cycle recruiting; recruitment for Marketing
• Systems:Previous experience in Taleo or equivalent ATS is required, Workday and/or Avature is a plus and you must be comfortable learning new systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel required.
• Personal: We’re looking for energetic and passionate individuals who want to be part of a dynamic environment. You must able to work well on a large, fast paced team. Quick learner who can take initiative after a short training period(within 1-2 weeks)

Monday to Friday 40 hours per week/ 9a-5p with some flexibility to work remote. Laptop to be provided.
