Will report to and work with the Chief of Staff of the Annuities and Life Technology organization as well as partner with HR and Campus and Staffing & Recruiting to develop and execute on the Talent strategy for the Technology organization.

Responsibilities may include partnering with Chief of Staff, HR and Staffing and Recruiting to:

  • Drive the Talent Management & Acquisition strategy and execution for future leader talent pool, in partnership with HR and Staffing
  • Establish and manage long-term relationships with college campuses (locations include NJ, CT, FL, CA and potentially others)
  • Develop and implement innovative external events to expand our network to acquire top talent (i.e., hackathons, meetups, recruiting conferences) and also identify opportunities for CIO and Sr leadership engagement in campus/conference recruiting events
  • Talent Ambassador champion for the organization, leading the development of the Talent Ambassador, Peer Advisor and Mentor programs as well as partnering with HR on the intern program and other recruiting programs
  • Lead the Intern & New Hire onboarding experience in partnership with HR and Office of the CIO’s Workforce Management team
  • Drive the Diversity & Inclusion organizational objectives and track results in alignment with business priorities
  • Develop and track Talent metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) of success toward desired business outcomes. Conducts analysis of trends and emerging patterns, identifies key learnings and best practices



  • Experience required – 5+ years in Talent Recruiting & Development
  • A driver, resourceful and able to manage projects with minimal direction
  • Able to develop and execute a strategy under aggressive timelines
  • Experience creating metrics & reporting and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to measure business outcomes, including trend analysis and emerging patterns
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interviewing skills, relationship management, including at the senior level, as well as presentation skills
  • Able to develop and "market" the organization's story to recruit and acquire top talent
  • Ability to assess organizational strengths and communicate business value
  • Experience managing people
  • Able to handle confidential information in a professional manner
  • Self-starter, adaptable, highly organized and able to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Fluent in MS Office suite and other presentation tools
  • Experience in event planning and execution a plus
  • Knowledge and experience in a Technology industry is a Plus


Travel (up to 20-30%) and some OT may be required.
