Adecco is assisting a local client in their need to hire a consultant for the role of Talent Management Specialist in Etna, OH. A strong requirement for this role is to come from a large corporation and have had experience performing data analysis using Excel from an HR perspective.

Talent Solution Support and Delivery
� Support development of innovative learning/development solutions and programs to address the training, development, and engagement needs of functions across the company
� Support development projects to ensure timelines, milestones and deliverables are met in accordance with the project plan
� Manage vendor relationships, the work of multiple vendors, and subject-matter experts as needed
� Support the Talent Assessment and Performance Review Cycle processes
� Evaluate the effectiveness of learning/development solutions, measure the business impact and return on investment, support implementation of improvements
� Partner with Communications/Marketing teams to create marketing collateral for learning
� Ensure consistency in all documentation and branding distributed by the Talent Development Team.
� Develop design documents, graphic images, and communications related to new and existing learning/development initiatives.
Teams and Partnerships
� Build and maintain strong working relationships with key business partners throughout the company
� Highly skilled in learning design, development, implementation and measurement
� Support and consult with the Talent Development team, on curriculum needs assessments, research, creation, customization, evaluation, and improvement.
� Work closely with, and assist the Talent Development team in developing new programs to ensure overall organizational workforce readiness.
� Serve as a key member of the internal team during the design phase; contribute to recommendations that support the overall strategy.
� Effectively communicate with associates, stakeholders, and leaders to support strategic plans for deliverables and proactively provide updates on project status.


� Bachelor�s degree in a related field
� Knowledge of training and organizational development theories, instructional design models, and e-learning standards
� 3+ years of experience in a related field
� Ability to manage and adapt to change; influence change.
� Ability to effectively communicate both verbally & in writing.
� Ability to use MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and emerging learning technologies.
� Analytical, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
� Collaboration skills including the ability to integrate and act upon the diverse perspectives
� Consulting skills including client-facing skills aimed at determining the client�s need, perceived roadblocks, business culture, and work environment challenges
� Project management skills and ability to facilitate organizing and managing multiple priorities and/or projects
