Call Center Team Leaders. Successful candidates MUST have 1-3 years of Team Lead experience. Responsibilities include: handling escalated inquires, managing, coaching, motivating and developing a team of Customer Service Representatives in our Transfer Agent group. These individuals handle day-to-day inbound customer service inquires and we need your focus and innovation to achieve results.
You will contribute to the overall objectives of the Communications Center by motivating your team to meet and exceed individual, team and center goals. Ensures staff is kept up to date with all Communications Center direction, strategy, actions policies and procedures.
You will use systems, management information, and feedback from team to identify trends and develop plans for process improvement Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.
Team Lead experience is a must!
This is a long term contract position that could convert to a permanent role in the future.
40 hours, 6am -3pm, Mon-Friday availability. $21.00/hour (5 weeks paid training)
After training, hours will be 6am -2:30pm or 6:30am to 3pm (after time change hours will be 7am-3:30pm or 7:30am -4pm)
MUST pass background, fingerprint check and drug screen. MUST provide documentation of last degree
