Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search for Customer Technical Support position in Oshkosh, WI.


 This will be a 1st shift opportunity. Pay is $12/hour.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Answer and process incoming tech support calls
  • Document all customer related issued, follow proper troubleshooting steps, and effectively educate customers on product use.


Candidate Requirements: 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for varied audiences
  • Able to explain technical solutions to technical and non-technical team
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, database structure, and networks; with the ability to increase this knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, Vista, and future upgrades as they are released.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and other MS Office Products
