SUMMARY:
This senior person would have deep, advanced experience and expertise to lead the completion of our Revenue Recognition accounting standard implementation. Responsibilities include completion of contract review and documentation through the 5 step model, lead the GMI side of the external audit of the standard implementation, draft/update related accounting policy and assist with developing 10-K/Q disclosures.

Attributes include: a dedication to client service, the ability to apply the new Revenue Recognition standard in a practical way to the Company's revenue streams, strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems, execute and transfer knowledge, ability to work independently.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

CPA with Big 4 or national public accounting experience
At least 10 years relevant accounting experience Recent and relevant SEC experience
Deep expertise with forthcoming Revenue Recognition standard
Deep expertise with 10-K and 10-Q filings
Footnote preparation
FASB/GAAP research
Client Service driven with excellent communication and relationship management skills
Flexible, adaptable and hands on approach



This is a 7+ month contract opportunity with possibilities for extension and full-time conversion.
