The ideal Candidate will have experience working with home appliances in a customer service setting.


Provide technical support through inbound/outbound call contact and e-mail correspondence. Perform TCC call agent duties that include; answering inbound calls, making inbound calls, responding to follow up e-mail, participating in daily/weekly/monthly training activities; supporting special TCC department projects. 

Minimum 1 year experience working in a technical field.

Skill /Trade Certificate or Associates Degree in a technical field Required

Posses exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Must be proficient in the areas of Technical Support and Customer Service.

Organized, focused and detail oriented individual with the ability to multi- task and manage time well.

Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment.

Enhanced knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint preferred.
