Technical Program Manager III

Adecco is currently assisting a local client, the World’s Largest Search Engine, in their search to find a Technical Program Manager III. This is part of an exciting fast-growing project within the Search Engine. This is a temporary assignment slated for 12 months and will sit in Mountain View, California.

*This role must sit onsite and will not be open to remote candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end program schedules, key milestones, tracking deliverable and top product risk items with our product teams.
  • Manage multiple cross-functional programs, that will span some or all of the hardware organization’s product line.
  • Work and communicate effectively with Engineering, Product Management, Operations and external partners.
  • Manage vendor execution teams with associated processes to ensure successful completion of the program.
  • Use data, internal tools and processes to innovate and improve processes, push automation and increase work efficiency.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of multiple projects, identify dependencies and manage risks, key timelines, and stakeholders to remove roadblocks and keep processes running smoothly.
  • Track and prioritize issues, follow up with engineering for resolution and communicate status to participants.
  • Manage program budgets, timelines, priorities, communications, etc.
  • Interface with partner organizations as necessary to push programs forward.
  • Prepare and present regular reports (including bug and feedback triage) on your programs and user engagements across products for our management team

Mandatory Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.

· 2 years of program management experience.

· Experience with Consumer Hardware.

· High-tech industry experience with a track record of hands-on product development, program management, project management, professional services or engineering management.
