Responsibilities:

Creatively source candidates for our Engineering team and assist with screening, scheduling and coordinating all interviews
Arrange travel for candidates, taking care of all communication & organization
You'll help our team provide an amazing candidate experience, support an innovative recruiting vision and assist with new-hire on-boarding
Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report
Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Support our People & Talent Team, helping with projects and serving as a contributing member of a high performing team
Assisting with Company events in and out of the office

What You Have
5 years of technical sourcing / recruiting experience at a tech company (MUST)
Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build relationships across the organization and with candidates
Great judgement, awareness of the effects your actions may have, always evaluating best course of action
Innovative spirit, self-motivated with a desire to work in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong time-management and organization skills with an obsession for details
- Thrives on meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Administrative support background a plus
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Ability to function effectively with others on the team and independently
Strong demonstrated experience with Google Apps (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
