Technical Service Rep

Be the point of contact for all customer queries via email, Live Chat and over the phone maintaining a high level of customer service
Actively promote and sell Reading Eggs products to customers in line with target
Effectively resolving customer complaints
Manage the Daily & weekly reports
Report to manager – daily and weekly with results and overall outcomes
Develop & maintain any Reading Eggs manuals and handouts
Initiate strategies and ideas to improve customer support
Attend any expos, shows or events as required
Support peers in working as a cohesive and dynamic team

Has a thorough understanding of iPad, Android, Mac and Windows systems and be able to assist customers using the program across a wide range of platforms
Has excellent written and verbal English skills
Exceptional time management skills
Prior experience in Customer Service
