This fantastic role is titled is Technical Services Project Assistant, but the duties align more closely with a Technical Librarian. This is a research oriented position as you would be overseeing a large media optimization project that would require you to handle the archiving of television and film related data.

Job Description:
Pay Rate: $20/hr (open to negotiations)
We currently have an opening for a Technical Services Project Assistant. The Assistant reports to the SVP Asset Management and Delivery Services and three additional executives.


Primary Responsibilities
• Monitor projects from initiation through delivery and maintain comprehensive
project documentation.
• Continuously track and report on the progress of project deliverables via daily updates.
• Provide administrative support to manage contracted work.
• Communicate any changes to the assigned projects to management.
• Elevate to Managers any jobs that are off-track missing information and or jeopardizing key milestones.
• This position requires the ability to retrieve, analyze, organize, process and manage large amounts of data
• This position will learn  the company’s film and video assets databases, including but not limited to general data entry including specific asset updates or modifications and how to report on same.
• Will learn general vault storage procedures and security protocols.
• Will learn general A/R invoicing procedures.
• Individual will interact with many employees as well as 3rd party vendors.

• Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
• Must have a professional attitude and the ability to work cooperatively with co-workers.
• Must be able to take and follow directions from department supervisors
• Familiarity with the different types of Film and TV, physical and file based assets, is preferred
• Familiarity with International dubbed and subtitled territorial language requirements is preferred.

• Must have excellent Excel skills. (Pivot tables and Vlookups)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office.
• Problem solving skills.
• Team oriented.
