Job Description Responsible for supporting the riders in self-driving vehicles in autonomous mode for six to eight hours per day using a variety of communication channels. Our team has developed a strong team culture of safety, professionalism and personal responsibility; we expect all team members to adhere to team standards of conduct.

Summary of Primary Duties:: Operate with safety as primary goal daily Provide guidance and support to our riders Compose thoughtful, concise messages that align with the company's brand voice via phone, chat and email. Monitor rider interactions through visual and audio prompts in our internal tools Capable of responding quickly to changing and potentially high-pressure environments. Can adapt to new technology and systems easily and enjoy working with cutting edge technology. Ability to sit for long periods of time focusing on a computer screen. Passionate about providing an incredible rider experience

 

Required Qualifications: BS/BA degree or 1-2 years relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.  Able to work either early mornings, evenings and/or weekends, as well as overnight shifts. Flexible and fast-moving self-starter who thrives in a team environment. Exemplary interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to type at least 40 WPM. Experience working in CRM systems, multiple operating systems, and web-based applications
