Tech Support/Help Desk Call Center

Come and join our state of the art support center where you will have the opportunity to learn to support the latest cellular products.   The Customer Care representative will be responsible for trouble shooting technical issues related to android devises. 

Responsibilities include

  • Assist clients with setting up their Android devise. 
  • Trouble shoot technical issues and re-occurring technical issues
  • Making decisions when the product should be sent for hands on repairs.

Required skills

  • 1 year technical support experience with the same company. 
  • Basic Help Desk technical support experience, Cellular devise support experience is a plus
  • Technical savvy for setting up cellular phone and android devises.
  • Outstanding customer service grade from previous employer
  • Ability to assist a non-technical client with a technical matter.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Excellent English Speaking skills
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to work 1 to 2 weekend days per week.

These are temp to hire positions starting at $14.00 per hour.  Our schedules include first and 2nd shifts between the hours of 8:00am and 9:00pm Monday – Friday and 9:00am to 9:00pm Saturday and Sunday.
