Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an exciting Technical Support Specialist I role in Waukesha, WI.

Contract Length: 12 months

Pay Rate: $20 to 25 / hour

• Pricing 
• Terms and Conditions 
• Quantities 
• Special Requirements 
o Collaborate with Proposals and Sales to resolve order discrepancies. 
o Create material numbers and order packets for design engineers: 
• Use customized software to generate material numbers 
• Create packets that include all pertinent documentation required for proper design and production 
• Communicate special requirements 
o Process customer changes against open sales orders 
o Communicate information between engineering, marketing, scheduling, and customers 
o Accumulate data for metrics and process tracking. 
o Understand and utilize lean tools and concepts to drive continuous improvement. 
o Other duties as assigned. 

Basic Qualifications: 
• Ability to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship. 
• Minimum of 3 years of product, customer service, inside sales, or proposals experience in a technical field 
Preferred Criteria: 
• Technical degree 
• Minimum of 5 years of product, customer service, inside sales, or proposals experience in a technical field 
• Minimum of 1 year of experience using ERP and quotation systems 
Position Criteria: 
• Excellent oral, interpersonal and written skills with the ability to effectively communicate 
• Detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to deadlines with a high degree of accuracy 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), SAP or other ERP related system and the ability to utilize such tools to analyze data and solve routine problems
