Technical Support Tech

Currently, we are assisting a local client in recruiting for a Technical Support Tech role in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a contract that should run through December 2021. As a Technical Support Tech at our client site, you will work as part of a team to achieve daily goals. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Provides accurate information to the Client.
  • Explains products and policies so the Client can understand.
  • Provides high level complexity support for all CPS (Currency Processing Solutions) devices Assumes ownership on every Client interaction to answer the Client's questions and solve the problem during the initial contact.
  • When escalation is required to provide Client resolution, tech will accurately route the Clients issue to the appropriate department.
  • Accurately enters or confirms Client information into database; initiates and/or completes proper request forms in assisting Clients. Handles a significant number of Client interactions within the call center environment.

  • Qualifications:

  • Must have 2-5 years of related experience in Client Service, CPS, or Banking.
  • Must have excellent computer and data entry skills.
  • Superior client service skills and ability to be clear and concise.

  • The pay rate for this Technical Support Tech role ranges from $18-20 based on experience.

    We have opportunities available on first shift, Monday-Friday, some 3rd shift hours might be required but it will be a traditional 1st shift role.
