Adecco is urgently seeking a Technical Trainer to assist a well known technology company headquartered in Matawan, NJ. This is a 3 month contract position.

The Technical Trainer will assist in a Saleforce implementation. The Contractor will be responsible for the design, build, facilitation and delivery of the curriculum and training for an updated version of Salesforce. This role will report to the Director, Talent Development.

Responsibilities include:
• Designing, creating and/or modifying, and delivering training for the roll-out of a new Salesforce implementation
• Building a training solution for the re-implementation of the software what is largely repeatable, but may contain varying details specific to different departments / users
• Creating eLearning training programs using eLearning writing tools (via Camtasia or Storyline)
• Facilitating on-site and/or virtual training
• Responsible for creating and delivering training support materials/handouts for training conducted

Requirements include:
• A minimum of 3 years of related experience in building and delivering learning content for systems (Implementation of ERP or CRM systems is acceptable)
• Knowledge of the concepts and principles of adult learning and the ability to apply these concepts and practices to training design
• Strong systems/technology training design and delivery experience required
• Prior experience working with eLearning software, Camtasia or Storyline is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Impeccable organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
• Advanced MS Office Suite skills
