Technical Trainer


Our client is the world's largest search engine. We are currently recruiting for a technical trainer to deliver support related training that enables Cloud partners to effectively and impactfully teach, deploy, and use Cloud products and solution offerings.

As a Cloud Support Curriculum Development and Technical Trainer you will help design the learning path, curate content and hold technical training for Cloud Partners. You will understand the needs of Partners, identify gaps in existing training options and devise holistic support learning experiences


  • Identify partner support training needs and design a best in class curriculum for multiple delivery methods including on-demand and live training
  • Consult with Program Managers on appropriate learning solutions, conducts needs analysis and develop all support and evaluation plans.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers, Product Managers, Engineering and Subject Matter Experts in a variety of fields to help translate their knowledge into an effective learning experience for partners;
  • Deliver superb technical training from the curriculum to diverse audiences across a range of roles of technical abilities.
  • Perform ongoing analysis of both our programs and market trends to ensure our initiatives remain at the front of the field


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math or related field
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and comfortable working in a fast growing, dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to drive a program from start to finish and embrace change, grasp concepts and new technologies quickly.
  • Experience working closely with Engineers and Product Managers
  • Experience in successfully designing, developing, delivering and improving high-quality learning solutions including web-based learning technologies / webinar delivery in a fast-moving technology area
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills: presents clearly and articulates concepts well to large diverse set of audiences
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail while handling multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, strong business acumen, an understanding of group and corporate dynamics.
  • Ability to successfully navigate and influence strong personalities within a complex business landscape.
  • A passion for learning and continued self-development. A track record of taking on new materials and successfully delivering them to customers/students.


  • Obtained Cloud Certification.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple cross functional stakeholders.
  • Industry knowledge preferred
