Technical Trainer

Our client is expanding its operations and is looking for a highly motivated Technical Trainer Specialist. Reporting to the Training Area Leader, the Technical Trainer Specialist will be responsible for the following duties:

• Partner with other departments to schedule trainings
• Develop and deliver both in-house and on-site highly technical trainings to customers
• Maintain superior customer service for all support inqueries and adhere to all service mgmt guidelines
• Develop and keep up-to-date all training guidelines
• Limited travel(no more than 10%) across the USA, Canada, Mexico, and Italy for trainings
• Support Help Desk as required
• Partner with internal managers regarding developing needs of employees


• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred), plus 3-5 years of technical experience. Experience in supporting technical training highly desired
• A proven ability to complete full training cycles (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, train, monitor, evaluate)
• Ability to quickly learn new applications and technology
• Electro-mechanical skills, and basic knowledge of CNC and Router machines
• Strong interpersonal skills, including patience, tact, and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical staff
• A proven ability to self-motivate and work both independently and as part of a team
• An understanding of diverse audiences and communities
• Familiarity with Windows
