Candidate must be able to work flexible shifts - Two options: 9am to 6pm or 6pm to 3am, M-F - Shift flexibility a must. This can potentially transition to a permanent role. Must be Comptia, Cisco or Microsoft Certification required. Must have 'Dell One' experience.

See Attachment POSITION PROFILE Assists users who are experiencing any procedural or operating difficulty with the use of IT applications, products or services. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintains adequate communications with manager and advise of any problems of issues relating to assigned duties • Provides 1-2 level IT support • Acts as lead for front line support interface by accepting incoming requests from users. • Records required user and problem information in the Service Request Management System. • Establishes the priority of problems and requests to meet the SLO. • Determines the most effective manner to resolve the customer’s problem. • Escalates higher-level problems to the next level technician. • Monitors systems and network status. • Works with users to troubleshoot, determine & resolve first and second-level problems. • Installs and configures company approved and licensed software. • Provides minimal training. • Comprehensive use of Remedy to track internal customer requests • Provides resolution of calls to meet SLO. • Responsible for timely acknowledgement of tickets. • Keeps work log updated. • Performs other duties as assigned.

Individual must have Comptia, Cisco or Microsoft Certification and must have 'Dell One' experience.
