Looking for a Techno functional analyst with Salesforce and accounting background – someone who has an understanding and has worked on System applications(Configure Price Quote- CPQ systems) and accounting principles with the ability to reconcile Quote to Cash transactions with accounting transactions across systems and has experience with excel and Salesforce/Apttus, Enterprise Data Warehouse and Reporting Platforms.

Essential responsibilities for this position include the following: reporting, identifying issues, maintenance and data fixes, creation and loading of data files, tables and layouts within the Salesforce/Enterprise Data Warehouse and supporting Quote to Cash and Accounting teams with reporting and Ad Hoc requests in support of the QTC application.

Additionally, the individual will also be responsible for maintaining and configuring products and pricing(CPQ – Configure Price Quote) in the Apttus/Salesforce environment..

1. Understand and assist in the support of the Global Quote to Cash to Revenue/RevPro application.
2. Support activities related to the new Global applications which include the following:
• Edit/Creation of Report Layouts
• Managing/Configuring CPQ – Products and Pricing
• Identifying issues and Configuration and Uploading of correction files
• Managing Data fixes
• Managing Transactions and Release Events
• Interface with the upstream and downstream teams.
• Communication with the IT, Product and Pricing, Finance and Accounting Teams.
• Manage daily Ad-Hoc Requests
3. Responsible for one or more of the following activities: checks and verifies records, prepares Sales orders, Release Events and invoices files validate and reconcile between systems and general journal entries. Uses office automated systems to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects and respond to inquiries. May reconcile accounts. May be responsible for a complete and systematic set of transactions in a specific phase of accounting. Requires strong excel skills and Query skills.
