Telemarketer – Warwick, RI
6 Months
Training Shift: Training Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm
3 days Base shifts start times between: 9:00am - 10:30am
1 day Mid Shifts starting time between: 11am - 11:30am
1 day Late shifts starting time: 12:30pm
Rotational Saturdays – Normally 1 Saturday a month with a Base day off (No Mondays)


Specific Duties

Makes and receives phone calls with the intent of promoting and transferring over to our licensed agents to sell company products or services (auto & home personal lines insurance)
Outbound calls per day: 16 per hour, factoring 7.5 hours of dialing then between 100 - 120 leads a day
No cold calling - these are pre-exisitng customers who have a quote with client or have asked us to call them directly to receive a quote

May provide a basic level of customer support but refers more complex problems to other staff members.

Must Have:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Proficient use of systems navigation
Prior outbound sales experience preferred but not required
Excellent oran communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a team
Prior call center experience a plus but not required
